The customer is from US,they built a factory in China in 2015,they engaged in bathroom products, no electronic products inside, and based on the demand for Internet of Things and automatic control and increasing electronic intelligence, customers began to design and produce smart home control products.

Today's smart IoT devices require background software control, such as monitoring data on a computer or mobile phone, and can control the operation of the terminal device, such as the opening or closing of the faucet, the opening or closing of the light, which often The detection of the programming and function of the wireless transmission and control software is required to simulate the situation used in the actual scene to ensure that the product is confirmed before leaving the factory, and can be used normally in the field according to the expected functional requirements.

This requires software burning, debugging, assembly, testing, and aging of electronic products in the production plant. This is completely different from the original bathroom products such as surface degree and water flow. We will continue to customers for two to three consecutive days. On-site help set up the production process, teach employees how to use the soldering iron, how to use the multimeter, how to test, after a week of trouble, completed the first trial production, and received the approval and praise of the US end customers.

However, the first generation of products still have a lot of room for improvement in the subsequent installation, maintenance and promotion. After three months, we have completed the production of 5000 PCBAs and the assembly and testing at the customer's factory. .In the case of customers with more than 3,000 stores in the US, they tried for a year in the market until 2017, and changed the second generation. After nearly half a year of communication and cooperation with the design company of the customer, it was finally perfect. The second generation of products will be carried out smoothly. In 2018, the total production of this product will be more than 20,000 sets, and in the first half of 2019, the shipment has reached 50,000 sets. Up to now, the design company of the customer has been closely cooperating with our company in the design of new products. Our customers will still seek our opinions on production and debugging, and watch the rapid growth of both parties in the business. I am also proud of my own technical accumulation and work results.
