I want to share my own experience about how did ChinaPCBOne service the customers?

Every customer has the code in our system. In 2015, during a daily customer visit, I went to the Shenzhen office with our 047 customer code 047 which the end customer located in Demark, Sweden and Norway to check about our leading time, quality and service situation. I found that they also use DHL express to ship out the board which we made for them to the end customer when I visit their office.

at that time, an idea come up from my mind, we can help then to ship out the board to the end customer directly as we use DHL/UPS/FedEx to ship out the board to our customers every day in which can help our customer to save lots of time and resources. I discuss with our 047 customer about it, and they thought this is a great idea. I check with our boss about this when I came back our company, absolutely our boss very support it as this is a great way to connect, and we take an action immediately.

It doesn’t matter that we don’t know the customer’s system, we can learn how to use it.

It doesn’t matter that we don’t have the special label machine per the customer’s requirement, we can buy it.

The address for the three end customer are different, it doesn’t matter, we will ship out every board per the address states in PO.

Final we help the customer to ship out the board from factory to end customer, didn’t need to ship out the board to their Shenzhen office first, then the Shenzhen office help to ship out to end customer. This can help improve the leading time, also can help to avoid quality issue as transport problem.

This may increase our work, but more convenient to the customer and can save lots time and resources from the customer, then this is worth to do.
