The customer is from Germany making laser equipment, need PCB + PCBA service, quantity requirements, component quotation requirements, BOM details with very clear content, I responded to the request one by one and reported it to the customer within two hours.

However, it seems that customers are not in a hurry to cooperate with ChinaPCBOne. they wanted to know more about us because the customer will show me the needs of the factory after one month.The Germans are really doing things very carefully.

Rigorous, a little surprise, because the customer expressed gratitude for the content of my offer and reply. The next step is to plan visiting our factory, look at the equipment, everything is very smooth, the customer also asked for the process in the process of the factory, want to know the SOP of our patch which we have it, we provide it to our customers, including the identification of SMT and DIP that our customers care about, as well as the control of the material angle and the 90° requirement of the board when DIP, we can do it in the work instructions. After the successful completion of the factory, the customer sent the next step email the next day after the customer returned to Germany. Ok, my little surprise came, because the customer gave the PO, first sample PCB, After receiving the PO, the project was arranged at 6 pm Beijing time. The project was received at 9:20 pm and was sent to the customer at 9:30 pm.

Due to the time difference, the customer replied in the morning shift. After 2 hours, the board was Started to open the production, delivered to the customer five days later, three days later the customer got the board and said to me: "Well done ! "
