Trade War between US and China, we help each other !

Chinapcbone was Founded in 2008,the main customers are from North America and Europe, 60% of  them are from U.S.

My first visit to the US was in 2014. Chuck invited me very warmly to his home. Chuck and Mari have two daughters, one  is older one year than me, the other one is younger one year than me, so they were very kind to Let me call them "the parents of the West Coast of the United States".

Chuck turned off his PCB factory in the United States 12years ago. He has been trading mainly in the recent past. The company is located in a city in Los Angeles.Chinapcbone started working with Chuck from year 2009,we built a very deep trust with each other. we know each other very well , I visit them every year in the United States. They have come to China to visit our factory many times. I remember that once they visited us, I cooked western food for them.

However, since 2018, China and the United States have waged a trade war, the policy is very unstable, and the end-customer’s desire to purchase has been greatly reduced. Until May 2019, the import tariff for electronic products was determined to be 25%, making American customers even more uncertain. According to feedback from our peers and some friends, as well as feedback from companies doing import and export logistics in Shenzhen, US orders have dropped by an average of 40%. This is a very serious figure, and we are very upset.

So every month I have been communicating with Chuck. What can we do to match them to reduce the worry of end customers?

ChinaPCBOne CustomersFirstly, we launched the latest online store, please chuck promote to local customers in the United States, and Chinapcbone pays a certain commission return to Chuck’s company, so there is no risk for  chuck at all ,and not paying high taxes.

Secondly, Chinapcbone shortens the production cycle, but does not charge extra fees to increase efficiency and value for customers.

Thirdly, we reached a consensus on the mode of transportation. In the original way, we added three or four ways to save costs for our customers.

Don’t worry if there is a problem, focus the problem and try our best to solve it , is the way to satisfy customers. In May and June of 2019, the performance of the United States dropped significantly, but through Chinapcbone and chuck’s working  together, we have seen an increasing from existing customers in July. The order is being restored, and new customers are introduced. We are full of confidence.Face to the war, we help each other and win-win together !
